Let me start off by saying, Bettina is MY NEW BESTIE!!!! She was kind, emphatic, a great listener and has helped me more than she will ever know!! After researching Money Ladder thoroughly before contacting them, I feel relieved and very, Very grateful to have this intercessory assistance, especially as I had specifically approached two of my longtime creditors (over a decade each of A-1 payment history with them) yet each had Refused to budge in working with me due to my hardship. To me, it feels like the heft of expertise by Money Ladder/their team is the missing puzzle piece for beleaguered consumers, especially post-pandemic. And I notice now in scanning my cc statements for them that one of my creditors (with an exorbitantly high interest rate) indicates it would otherwise take me 64 years to clear this debt if paying the minimum each month (egads)!
