Heather is very accommodating and very thorough in explaining the program. She was able to truthfully answer all my questions and concerns. I felt so reassured and confident and lifted a huge burden of anxiety towards by credit card debts. She is very much willing to guide and walk you through the program and assuring me that she will always be there to guide me through in case I will have questions and concerns. She is a real gem and asset to Money Ladder.
