Money LadderReviews of moneyladder.com

Austin is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about the business and a great conversationalist. Loved talking with him. I am very happy to have called him for my services

Great Customer Service

Bettina was so amazing!!! She made me feel comfortable with communicating with her how bad I was feeling about my financial situation. She was so sweet and caring, almost like talking to a sister or family member who you are really close to. She was so kind that I am going to refer another friend that I have to Money Ladder for debt relief. Again, Bettina is the BEST!!!

Very helpful for my needs

Ms. Heather Schell is my contact person and she was very knowledgeable and a delight to spend time talking to. It is very difficult to admit that I was treading water trying to pay my bills but this program seem to be an answer to my prayers. I found hope in that I was not going to walk away from bills I was going to pay them in a different manor. Ms. Heather made sure I understood what I was getting myself into and I felt confident in my decision. Thank you for allowing me to share a good experience. Sara C Brunson

Bettina was very easy to speak with and answered all my questions. She made the process very easy. She seems to be a very kind and understanding person in general.

I worked with Heather through the application process. She was so helpful, very thorough, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond her job to help us through our difficult financial situation. It’s hard to know which company to trust. No one wants to be under these circumstances and dealing with someone so willing to guide me and walk me through the process felt so relieving. Based on my experience with Heather, I would recommend her and this company to anyone. It was a smooth and easy process once we figured out all the details. Thank you so much Heather!
