Mondressy Stands Behind Their Merchandise
After email conversations, Mondressy has offered to refund the full purchase amount which I believe is quite generous on their part. I believe they are company which stands behind the product quality and "fit". Please consider Mondressy for your next formal event. They do have a wonderful selection.

The dress was not true to size
The dress was not true to size. I put my measurements in the order and even ordered up a size and I still couldn’t wear it for my daughter’s wedding. It also took weeks to get it delivered causing serious issues since I couldn’t wear it and then had to go buy another dress.

I loved the fact that I was able receive exactly the dress I dreamed of!to…
I loved the fact that I was able to send in my own measurements along with my size (18W), since I am between sizes in the bust and hips. I am also 5’11” tall, and the extra length was perfect! My dress was a perfect fit, as if it had been tailored just for me! The color and fabric were high quality, and since I am a seamstress myself, I thought the workmanship was beautiful and so well done.

Everything on point, SUPERB
