Ich habe einen Ein-Jahres-Vertrag abgeschlossen, um für den Urlaub etwas Europäisches Portugiesisch zu lernen. Der Kurs war allerdings entgegen der Verlautbarung mit brasilianischem Portugiesisch vermischt. Nach einigen Wochen bin ich auf einen anderen Kurs gewechselt. Ein Jahr später hat Mondly erneut einen Jahresbetrag bei mir abgebucht, als ich gerade in Urlaub war. Dagegen habe ich sofort Protest eingelegt und den Fall zwei Mal geschildert. Leider wurde das Geld nicht zurücküberwiesen: "Hello, Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the refund is not an option in this case - you have received a notification email from 2Checkout seven days before the renewal date, letting you know that your subscription is about to renew. As you did not take any action against it, you have been charged for your subscription. Moreover, the subscription is too old to be refunded. I love Mondly! I use it to learn Russian and it's super well rounded, the lessons are just adapted to my level, they are fun to do and the vocabulary is about things that I would actually use. Awesome app!

The best best out there. Great introduction for someone like me who knew nothing. Support has been great. Only prob is it seems to be not enough. I will ask support of these is more somehow!

I use Mondly on a daily basis to learn Spanish, German, and Italian. It makes learning a foreign language easy and fun!
