After sharing my honest opinion on Trustpilot I was contacted by company’s customer service and was offered a refund, I’m very glad that my issue was finally resolved , but for future would appreciate easier process of signing in and out of the business , thanks

Mondly is easy to use, fun, and fairly comprehensive. In addition, their customer service is responsive and excellent.😊

You cannot cancel - you cancel as per their advice by email, then they still take money from you. I cancelled on the Check 2 Go, then I check the next day and the subscription is active again. Really flawed

I used Mondly for 6 months to help a friend learn German. The app itself is very fun and motivating. Customer service was a bit challenging due to the automatic payment extension. But after 1 week of going back and forth about it the issue was resolved and the money reimbursed. In general I oppose the default for all subscription companies to be the automatic payment option. The default needs to be the opposite.

Mondly have agreed to refund. So my opinion on them has changed. As mentioned, its a very good website and you can learn more than one language. Mondly is a very good site.
