Clink me customer service representative Maria went above and beyond to help me get a replacement remote for our new fireplace after ours had been damaged. I so appreciate her kindness and help in getting this replaced. The new remote works perfectly and we’re caring for it so we don’t accidentally damage it like we did the first one. Thank you Clihome for good follow through and making things right even when the damage was our fault.

Reese was very helpful. Customer oriented. Lowes was not as helpful though so I’m glad we reached out to customer service. We received our order and installed. The item was correct but in the wrong box. Good thing we opened it otherwise it would have been returned. All in all thank you Reese

Ordered a shed from Lowe’s. They called and let me know they didn’t have the color I ordered and if I would be okay switching colors. Easy to talk with, quick problem resolution.

I received a damaged item but Mona worked with me and had a replacement item shipped immediately. I was initially disappointed, but the service recovery was outstanding!

I purchased a 10x 14 Mondawe Brown Gazebo on july 2nd 2026 from RONA in Candiac, Québec. The installers did a good job except that one of them fell from his ladder and twisted one of the roof parts J2. Hé was able to complete the Gazebo. RONA support service advided me to contact Nagog Tech. I sent a description of the help require. I received a quick response with a case number. I sent the requested photos and they responded in 3 days as said. I just want to point on the excellent service I received. One part was delivered to me and installed, second Ly an agreement was reached for a paint issue. In dealing with Nagog Tech, I felt they understood my problems and ensured everything was done to satisfy me. Thanks , Serge Paiement, St-Constant, QC, Canada

The color of chair that I ordered was no longer available. I had to call customer service to learn this information. Once I was in contact with Mona, she facilitated getting the chair in a different color. She was extremely helpful.

Once I reported my issue, the support team reached out offering tips and ideas for trouble shooting the issues. My water pressure was low and the shower made squealing noises. After trouble shooting failed they sent replacement parts. We swapped out for new parts and water pressure is normal and squealing is gone. They followed up often to make sure my issues were resolved. Thank you.
