Was not informed item was not in stock when I ordered. Checked status twice over the course of a month when nothing was initiated from company. Finally told order was cancelled because out of stock, but no indication as to when item will be available. I love the products and really need the strap for my watch; hard to believe service this poor from Mondaine.

Most unacceptable customer service ever. Order was never completed, not delivered by Christmas and no response from customer service for weeks. I finally got the order cancelled 4 weeks after.

I bought a watch during the Fall sale. It was a Christmas gift. Right after Christmas, I tried to exchange it for another. Customer service very unhelpful. Said i was passed the time allowed. There was nothing I could see during purchase that told me that was the policy. I'll never get another watch from them.

I ordered a watch on December 14th as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was not received in time for Christmas. I contact support to request a tracking number and update on December 24th. Their response on December 27 stated that it had not shipped yet but they would priority overnight ship it at their expense which was a solution I was satisfied with. They still did not provide a tracking number. My wife was very excited when her watch was finally deliver on January 3rd however I wouldn't call that a priority overnight delivery, and the excitement was short lived as it was soon discovered that the watch was not in working order. Again I contacted support hoping for a solution and all they could do was provide me with a return shipping label and said that once the watch was received back in their warehouse I would be refunded the full amount, but if I wanted to replacement I would need to place another order for a new watch. Despite a number of attempts to resolve the issue, I cannot trust that I will receive a working watch if I order another and therefore will be looking for a different make elsewhere. It's really too bad, because I do like Mondaine watches and was very excited to surprise my wife with this watch as a Christmas gift.

Never received my watch, had to request a refund from Amex and no-one at the company would get back to me.

Ordered a watch and waited 6 weeks for delivery. Did not receive a response until canceling order. Ordered a different watch which I did receive but had problems with.

No communication. I ordered this in OCTOBER. I sent MULTIPLE e-mails and NEVER got a reply. Where is my item?

I paid for and ordered a replacement watch strap last year. It never arrived and I had to re-order. I repeatedly asked for someone to contact me about this issue and never heard a single word from Mondaine.
