When placed my order, I got immediate email confirmation. It was very friendly and assured me that I woild be notified when my watch band was to be shipped. Then I never heard from anyone again. I waited, I emailed and I phoned. I got no response. After about a month I notified my credit card company. They attempted to reach the vendor unsuccesfully. Subsequently, they refunded my money. And then, magically, my watch band arrived. Still no notification but I did eventually get it. I paid for it. It's just what I wanted, but the process was not good.

Sold me a watch that didn't work. Told me to send it in for service at my own cost.

I was emailed that a watch I had pre-ordered was in stock only to be told within a day that there were no longer any left in stock. My next communication was this note, thanking me for my (non) purchase. Very poor customer service and sales.

Too long a story! Let’s just say I ordered a watch on December 11, 2017 and as of today, February 1, 2018, still no watch. They did not hesitate to charge my credit card on December 13, 2017. It has been over 7 weeks with no contact from Mondaine regarding my order. I have tried emailing with no response and I have called the customer service line too many times to count. I won’t say customer service is lacking, I would say its non existent!

I received a worn watch - that's unacceptable!! I was definitely expecting more from Mondaine. 0% professionalism. I paid approx. $200 for them to send me a used watch.

I ordered a watch from you months ago. Never received a confirmation of the delivery. When I followed up I was told “mid January”. It’s Feb 1. Still have not received at update from you. Probably won’t order anything from you again.

The item I purchased was listed as in stock. When I hadn't received a shipping notice for one week, I inquired. I was notified that the warehouse was under "inventory control", which did not provide much of an explanation. When I inquired a second time a few days later, I was finally notified that the watch I ordered was in fact, not in stock. For such a reputable brand and expensive watch, I expected much more in terms of service. Mondaine should have a system where they can alert customers if an item is not in stock. This is a standard for online businesses. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Many mistakes. At the end, you had to reimburse me one of the item ordered because I didn't receive it.
