Initially there was an issue with a coupon not being credited correctly, but it was resolved. Helpful customer service person replied to my email question about one of the features. A good experience overall and I really like the watch!

I bought the "Elegant" version of the watch which is not the cheapest but the thinnest one and has a real sapphire crystal. It is exactly what I expected! The back cover is connected to the case with 6 screws that I can easily unscrew in the future to change the battery. Five stars, why not!
