I am concerned because I did not receive a warranty card or a certificate for an official Swiss Railway Watch as was indicated on the packing slip. The packing slip lists both but neither were included in the box. I also did not receive an invoice. I could have made my purchase through an "unofficial website" but chose not to because I wanted to ensure I was receiving a genuine product. Now I'm not certain of the quality of this watch.

I’m sure their watches are great, If I ever received one. Requested and paid for expedited 2 day delivery, so I could get it while on a business trip. Did not arrive on the 2nd day, 3rd, or 4th day. Also sent multiple emails to remind them of my schedule. Was still not there when I left of the 5Th day. After following up via phone call, I’m still awaiting a refund now. No watch. No refund. No fun with Mondaine.

The clock obviously was not checked to see if it was working. Once installing the batteries only the minute hand worked. We sent it back.

I am trying to return this product and the company is not responding to my requests. I received the item 5 days ago and tried to begin the return process immediately.

I ordered some straps, they sent me the wrong size. After multiple calls, emails and FB messages, I received a return mailing label a month later. I sent the straps back and it has now been over 2 weeks since they've received the straps and still no refund. It has been like pulling teeth without Novocaine to try and get anything resolved with these guys. They are very nonchalant about everything. They were for a present back in February, and I'm still waiting in April...
