I purchased the watch from the Museum of Modern Art in NYC. The time setting stem came out the first time I tried to set it. So off to the authorized repair place in Rhode Island it went. Gone for about 10 days it was repaired and returned. Free except for the shipping charge. It then stopped running about 6 months later. I tried to replace the battery myself but I couldn’t get the back off, so back to Rhode Island it went. It was returned after a couple weeks and basically its been trouble free since. Knock on wood, that’s been about 2 years. I love the looks of the watch with the large face. Its easy to read, with or without my glasses on.

The watch is really good looking, but we've had to replace the battery twice in 1 1/2 years.

Slow shipping. Unresponsive to a number of emails. I had to track down and communicate with executive leadership to get them to ship the order (even then he didn't respond to my queries.). However, it is an excellent watch and I would recommend it to others.
