Tax was incorrectly calculated. They didn't answer my emails.

Watch band took about three weeks to arrive--wasn't informed of that when I ordered. When I emailed (after about 8 days of waiting) to inquire about its whereabouts, someone responded a day or so later and said he/she would follow up and let me know what was going on, but I never heard anything again, and I also never received an email when it--eventually--shipped. No tracking info. either. Room for improvement in the customer service dept.

I signed up to be notified automatically when my out-of-stock watchband was back in. It was bad enough that nearly everything seemed to be out of stock. After months of waiting, I checked again myself. The band was in-stock, but Mondaine's alleged function to alert me that it was back in stock did not function.

my experience failed to match the quailty expected of Mondaine. I was left wondering what happened to my payment to the point that I thought I had bought an item from a spoffing/phishing site. I made purchase on 11/9/2017. Received receipt a week later. After several inquiries, Lumondi replied informing me that I should expect the order for a stainless steel watch band to go out the week of 11/27/2017. No futher communication. After filing a complaint of non-fulfillment with my cards bank, I received a refund a week later, January 16, 2018. This is the second feedback I have given to Mondaine and not only is my good will exhausted, I am left with an unsightly watch band and no way to replace it. I wesr the proof of Mondaines quality products and service.

My shipment was delayed. I asked for an overnight shipment when my product became available. I was told the possibility would be checked into. Then told if I was willing to pay for it, they would ship overnight. I replied that I would expect that they would pay for the overnight shipping since the delay was on their part. At that point Mondaine stopped responding to any communication from me. I did receive my shipment, delayed, and with no expedited shipping.

I had a genuinely bad experience shopping with MOndaine's U.S. distributors Lumondi ! They charged me for 2 watches I'd ordered but shipped only one and did not bother to tell me that the other one had gone into B.O status. When I contacted them after a few weeks, I was told they had no ETA for the B.O items. Despite that they did not credit me for the watch that never shipped. I had to contact their Director of Operations to get a refund. Will probably never do business with Lumondi again.

Ordered Swiss Railway watch for wife for christmas... great watch, but no receipt/warranty/manual in box. Litteraly a watch with a tag on the crown, in a watch box, in a parcel. Customer service non-existant. After purchase from mondaine-usa.com, no confirmation email, delivery time, etc. I tried many times to reach out via email, to no avail. Fortunately, it ended up at my house before christmas... hope nothing goes wrong with it.
