It's a very stupid app and support is pretty much inexistent, primitive and overpriced. I have been trying for a month to leave them, they take my support ticket ask me why I am leaving and then leave my ticket open and never close my account. In the meantime they have access to my account and my data. They tried to take the payment even after I told them I want nothing to do with them and they tried to tie me down by saying I signed a one year contract. Remember they are bound by the same contract to offer support, the fact that they are not cooperating and working effectively is a breech of contract.

I purchased Momence hoping for a decent CRM and to get better business analytics for my personal training studio. While they do an OK job of scheduling and payment processing the rest of what I had hoped for does not exist. In addition, their customer service is not very good. As a small business owner, I am extremely disappointed with this software and would caution any other small business owner to look elsewhere for their software needs.

If I could give zero starts I would. I have had a studio for 25 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had with an organization. Keep reading the reviews on here, as my experience is the same. Unfortunately, after I signed with them, I heard horror stories from other studios working with them. I was hopeful it was just growing pains for a new company and they would sort them out. That is not what happened. They couldn’t care less. Communication is GLACIAL, and condescending, on top of not offering workable solutions. Momence has no integrity and will tank your business happily with their shoddy product and then hold you to your contract despite their lack of delivering a useable product you can trust. Support is nonexistent - this is not hyperbole. It says a lot that they DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER. They do not want to hear from you unless you have your credit card handy. I am disgusted by my experience and feel powerless to do anything about it. They have conveniently turned off Google reviews.

The absolute worst customer service ever experienced. Been a client with Momence for 2 years. Be prepared for extremely delayed templated responses that provide no resolution. Expect to open 4-5 support tickets to get support (they will close them and mark them as "resolved" without providing a resolution). God forbid if you ever want to cancel your subscription or change your plan (which you can ONLY do through opening a support ticket) - they will make you jump through every hoop in the book. Would never recommend anyone use this platform. There are MUCH better solutions out there (Momence is overpriced anyways).

I own a yoga studio, I do not wish to work with Momence and yet continuously and repeatedly they call me. Despite me asking a minimum of 20 times to be removed from their database. It’s harassment and I’d advise anyone against working with them.

Worst customer support team i have ever seen. We have been using them for roughly 3 months, and they never assist you with any help or support. They have cause financial stress on us due to integration issues and i couldn't stress more that you should not work with this company.

It sucks. They just added add ons to my bill without my knowledge. I’m still battling to get my money. Still can’t get into my account. No credible support! AVOID!!!!

Beware of this software. They have a lovely team of salesmen but once you sign on, they will abandon you. I've had duplicate bills put on my invoice and no way to claim them back. I haven't been able to log into my account for 3 weeks and no-one to help as their support in non-existent. DON'T LET THEM RUIN YOUR BUSINESS!
