Moved to Momence as old software was…
Moved to Momence as old software was hard for the end user to navigate and manage their own memberships. Now much simpler, user friendly. Onboarding process was also very useful. Great product, well worth the cost.

Immediate & Useful Help
Whenever I have a question because I haven’t learned something yet, I get onto chat and receive immediate responses and the easiest directions to help me. They are so competent and thorough. I am learning at the same time I am problem solving to better understand the software and what I can do to be more efficient. It’s empowering!

Excellent service, especially on a Sunday; Joshua on customer service was speedy and showed me the exact steps I needed in the dash so solve my scheduling problem.
