Awful! The package took way too long to ship, almost two weeks! They also sent me the WRONG SIZE. It took about 4 weeks to get here and it wasn't even the right size?? Avoid at all cost. They are misleading and have very bad communication.

We initially ordered the mattress for our rv but when it arrived, which was when they said it would. We found it wouldn’t fit the space so contacted Mobley they responded right away and was ready to resolve our Selena but I came up with bright idea of keeping the mattress and using it in a spare bedroom in home😊 The mattress expanded to full height in 3 days, so we had to sleep on to see if it was what we expected and oh boy it was like sleeping on a cloud ☁️ we are very satisfied with the mattress! Thank you Mobley 👍

I received the mattress a whole week ahead of the promised time. It is a beautiful cherry bed in a cabinet and looks great with one of Mary Kathryn's dolls who have all their teeth and mischief out of them.head on the pillow lightly sleeping.

The first con, which is not directly on Molblly, is that UPS dumped the box outside of our apartment complex and the box was over 75 pounds and long. We managed to get it through the hallways and elevator. If we didn’t have an elevator, we would have broken backs. We allowed time for it to do its “thing” (expand) before attempting to use it but it’s been a couple days now and it hasn’t reached the full 12” which is disappointing—hoping maybe it is just taking more time than expected. I wrote a review too soon, but not sure it ever even posted. If I could give this mattress zero stars I would. My partner and I didn’t want something super firm and thought this was a good choice. So wrong. Now stuck with a mattress we can’t return because there’s no way to get it into a box, etc. It SAGS so BAD. There is zero support anywhere and it feels like a terrible waterbed. My neck hurts in both sides and now my back is starting to hurt. My partner is experiencing similar issues. We aren’t wealthy and we’re hoping for a fairly reasonably priced mattress that would help us get some better sleep. We have gotten rid of our old memory foam mattress yet and have “joked” we would rather just use that again. I truly don’t know what to do. I just want to go to a local store and spend a little more on an actual mattress that doesn’t sag. It also never inflated to the full 12” despite us doing everything right.

The trifold 6 inch matress arrived quickly and was easy to set up. 4 out of 5 because the matress is less than 6 inches after 72 hours. The semi firmness is good. I probably should have ordered firm, because I use the matress every day. I ordered it for my RV murphy bed. It is slightly longer than the platform, but since it folds up during the day and is hidden it works fine. Overall the trifold matress is great!
