BEFORE you buy....
Reviews were great, price was great and after some studying and comparing with others, I decided to purchase this mattress. I received mine 06/29/23. The mattress had been perfect, we had no complaints up until about 1 month ago when it began caving in on one side. I tried reaching out twice to the company and sent pictures as I had been asked but had no response. I finally called and was given a ticket number to reference in my email along with the pictures. BE AWARE, BEFORE YOU PURCHASE...the website DOES tell you that should there be a defect in the mattress, the purchaser is responsible for shipping cost SHOULD you have to send it back. What the website & Amazon DOES NOT tell you is the shipping is international. I'm located in Florida and to ship a 65 lbs package is over $300.00. After finally receiving a response from the company, I was offered 2 options. Receive a "partial" refund of $100, which isn't half of what I paid OR ship it back for over $300, be without a mattress to sleep on until they receive it to further inspect despite sending pictures. DO YOUR RESEARCH. I wouldn't have purchased if I had known the details they failed to mention!!!
