Worst service of my life, my purchase didn’t come and you don’t give me any solution

The only reason I took away one star is because of communication…. After I placed the order it did not give me an estimated delivery date and when I emailed the company they said they Needed the order number and two pictures of the product I sent it and I didn’t get a response until after my package was delivered but other than that everything was easy and smooth and it was a great mattress I’m actually very pleased with it

Good sleep with no back pain. We got one for us and a 2nd & 3rd mattress for family members. Quality mattress.

12/16 EDIT, down to 2: So I've left the pieces out not with the cover on to hopefully allow them to expand to 6", and today is 2 days short of 2 weeks. I finally put the cover on and noticed another flaw: the dimensions are too small to even be able to accommodate 6", as all 3 are 5" or 5.5", and each part of the cover is already super tight to zip them in. TAKE NOTES, Molblly! Make corrections to both the foam pieces and cover. 12/14 EDIT, from 1 to 3: A rep did contact via email and offered reasonable compensation after discussion over a couple days, which I really appreciate. But, I would really like to be able to give or update to 5 stars in the future if they can improve on mattress thickness as promised in product description to all customers. Why is it so hard to find a phone number for customer support, and when found hidden on the Refund Policy page the call never goes through and just beeps (no option for voicemail or anything)? I purchased one of the 6-inch foldable mattresses, and 2 sections rose to 5 in and the 3rd to 5.5 in. I sent an email to support and haven't heard anything yet. Please increase customer service quality as it is lacking.

The merchandise that I bought/ordered is exactly what was advertised and described. Even the arrival time was right on. Thank you, it arrived exactly when I needed it to.

Mattress is extremely comfortable, as much damage that was done in shipping, I'm surprised it wasn't damaged.

My order still hasn’t actually shipped it’s been two weeks

Price great, shipping hasn’t been updated so I don’t know where my order is or is I need someone available when it arrives.
