HORRIBLE. They can stage a pretty photo. But avoid at all costs. They'll charge an arm and a leg for in-room delivery, then the delivery team, clearly annoyed to be there anyways, will claim the item is too heavy to be moved to your room (despite the weight being on the shipping label). Then no one will get back to you for 2 weeks. Don't do it.

Afterward, I contacted the company to report the missed appointment. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was told that “the team confirmed they were able to connect to the appointment.” This is simply not true. I have time-stamped photos showing that I was present and waiting, and that no one from Mudloft ever joined the meeting. Trying to give them a second chance, I rescheduled through their app for 12:30 PM the same day. Once again, I waited online for 15 minutes, and once again, nobody showed up. Being stood up twice in one day is bad enough. Being told that the team attended a meeting that never happened is even worse. There was no apology, no accountability, and no respect for my time. If you offer virtual consultations, the bare minimum is showing up—or at least being honest when you don’t. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Purchased a $2,000 new bed which was delivered defective. The parts did not align properly. The delivery staff told us the bed would be exchanged. The next day their customer service [Juan Yepes and Gloria Medina] informed us "they considered it ...'within tolerance for a handmade frame" and refused to exchange the bed. Terribly dishonest.

Very disappointed with the service. I was promised a return or exchange within 30 days when I ordered the bed. Instead, I ended up paying extra for an exchange and additional delivery — and the delivery never arrived. I cannot get any clear status update. Every time I contact customer service, I speak to someone new who has no idea what is going on. No accountability, no follow-through, and no solution. not recommend it. Now I’ve paid twice for delivery and I’m stuck with a bed I don’t need and didn’t want to keep. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company.

BEWARE OF PRICE SWITCHING!. was looking at on of their bed frames and it was listed for $1899.00. They send me a discount code in their email and I put the code in and it discounted the cart. As I was getting ready to proceed with the cart after looking at financing options they raised the price off the frame to $2199. TALK ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING.

I purchased a sectional, two nightstands, and a dresser from Modloft. While I have received the sectional, I am still waiting for the nightstands and dresser. Modloft lists items as "in stock," but once the order is placed, I receive an email from customer service stating that the items are backordered. I waited a month for my sectional, and now it's been another month with no updates or estimated arrival time for the nightstands and dresser. This lack of transparency and communication is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. While I appreciate the company's designs, the customer service experience has been disappointing. The representative I spoke with, was not only rude but also dismissive of my concerns. Based on this experience, I do not anticipate ordering from Modloft again.

This company is a scam! There not only the product is useless but will damage your house

I should have checked Trust Pilot sooner! I ordered a Netta outdoor set in April and spoke with a person at their store. I was told it would be charcoal gray and arrive in 3 weeks. Well...they charged my credit card right away and then postponed delivery 3 times. At long last, today we received the set in the wrong color and were told it just looked different on-line. It was khaki green - not gray. I asked them to take it back. Now they are going to charge me $299 plus 20% re-stocking fee. Highway robbery for their lies and postponements. This company should go out of business.
