ModkatReviews of modkat.com

They are good products, but if you live outside of the USA the shipping costs are almost as much as the liners. The type G liners are £24 and the shippjng is £18! Just stick with a UK based company.

We have two cats and the Modkat litter box has held up incredibly well. The build quality is superb. The design is beautiful and fits well in our interior. The liners are probably my favorite part because they make cleaning so much easier! Overall we're very happy we made the switch from our previous cheap pet store litter boxes. I was afraid our cats would have difficulties adapting and would reject the new litter box, but they got used to it super quick. Worth every penny!

Love my Modkat box and tarp liners - it looks awesome, is super easy to clean/change litter and no more litter tracking. Thank you for making my life easier Modkat!

I've been using Modkat products for quite a while now, and I can honestly say they've exceeded my expectations. I've tried a number of litter boxes over the years, and nothing compares in terms of quality, thoughtful design, and ease of cleaning. The reusable liners are a game changer, and the litter box does an excellent job of containing litter while still looking great in my home. What has impressed me just as much as the products is the customer service. On the few occasions I've had questions, the Modkat team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind its products and values its customers.

A year ago, as a new cat slave, I could not imagine why someone would spend this amount of money on a cat toilet. How I wish I hadn't bought all the expensive mistakes in between! This works. It looks a little Brutalist, but inoffensive. The parts are easy to clean. The bag could probably go in the washing machine, like nappies. No spreading of litter (and it doesn't even advertise this to be the case!). There are a few little things which would help improve it. But overall, forget the rest. The downsides are there is no handle to pick the box up with. The gap under the box, between the feet, is very interesting to my larger cat and she may tip it over. The liner needs a pouring spout to get the litter out and into a bin liner. I'm finding it very hard to keep the filter in place. It keeps falling into the litter and keeping the whole lid open, whilst scooping, isn't that easy. Ps they both are very scared of the free toy. It smells appalling to them....no idea why!

Modkat delivered the items to the wrong address, twice!!!! They must have a team that manually copy the address I put on the order and somehow, they put down a different address than the one I entered. The customer support email stops responding to emails, despite I have screenshots of how wrong the delivery address on their shipments. the second attempt was comical, they didn't even include the street, they just put the city and zip code. I'm going to dispute the credit card charges, but don't give this company any business. what a terrible customer support department!

Sadly, I cannot say that my experience of ordering through the Modkat US store has been great. My order from 5 weeks ago was "lost in transit". And the replacement shipment now has "errors in some of the shipping information" and still to be shipped. From my experience to date, this is not a reliable company and I am regretting buying from Modkat US store.

I ordered from the Canadian site and received 2 beautiful cat scratcher lounges within three days. Amazingly fast -- very impressed! My cats love them!
