I found that the chicken and fish were very dry and tough and also the amount of vegetables in some dishes were poor

I recently had to cancel an order with ModifyHealth due to a medical situation, and I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. I emailed them explaining that my husband was going through an IBS/IBD episode and couldn’t eat the meals. They responded quickly, refunded the order, and even paused our subscription without any hassle. The representative was kind, understanding, and proactive. It’s refreshing to see a company so committed to both customer satisfaction and compassion. Highly recommend for their service and support!

The food is nasty. It's about the same as a very cheap TV dinner from the grocery. The cauliflower was mushy and wilted and the buffalo breading was mushy too. The potatoes were chewy. We canceled our plan before we finished our first meal. Nasty!!!

Although the variety is good the packaging leaves a little to be desied as the claer plastic film is very difficult at times to remove.even dangerous I'm not a big fan of a lot of the spicing as well
