Thank you for highlighting the quality! We love knowing our Extraits are performing well for you all day long.

I'm writing this review because their customer service is excellent. One of the things I find consistently frustrating about the fragrance world is being left with no recourse when a scent doesn't quite grab you. They make blind buying more of a risk free experience with the option to return when thats the case. Customer servicr is great here you can buy with confidence!

I like that the dupe was available but I didn’t get my “mind” played with. This won’t deter me from trying other fragrances, tho.

The variety is always top notch as well as the customer service. While other companies go after the usual suspects as far as fragrances go; Mod goes above and beyond and curates scents from a wider variety of houses.
