My order was for 4 items (3 testers/ small size and large size). I only received the small size scents and had to go back to customer service to get the full sized bottle shipped. The scents do not seem to last very long, and all seem to have a musty background scent to them.

We're sorry to hear you are not satisfied by the testers you received. Lasting depends on skin chemistry and certain other factors. We already shipped your full bottle and again sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The scent is not good at all, pungent and cloying. Not what was expected. Regretting this purchase.

This was my first experience with your…
This was my first experience with your company and I was excited about how fast I received my order. I was very disappointed because the product didn't smell like the fragrance it was supposed to be duping and said smell didn't last two hours. I was disgusted and I felt cheated.I hate seeing your commercials on YouTube now.Pleas fix this.
Response from Mod FragrancesOct 13, 2026
We'r very sorry to hear that. Inspired scents are close inspirations but cannot smell 100% exact and lasting depends on certain factors like particular scent profile, skin chemistry, environment and specially application technique. Overall, Mod is known for better smelling and long lasting inspirations. If you are not satisfied, you can always return or exchange.

Has light powder scent if anything at all. I contacted them and they said it may just need to set for a few days and it needed to acclimate. Still nothing so I was very disappointed with it. I wasted money and I can not recommend them at all.

We’re sorry the fragrance wasn’t a good fit for you. Fragrance is very personal, and everyone has different preferences when it comes to scent profiles. We hope this was simply one scent that didn’t work for you, as we carry a wide variety of fragrances. We also offered a return option, but we didn’t receive a return within the return window. Thank you for giving Mod Fragrances a try, and we appreciate your feedback.

Never recieved item
Placed an order and received an email with a tracking number/expected delivery date. Then no update for approximately 10 days from the shipping service, as if shipping label made but never sent. I reached out via e-mail and was told the package must have been lost/stolen. Was given the option to reship or refund. Took the refund and purchased from another company. For what its worth an employees did e-mail and call me after I e-mailed mod fragrance first.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this situation. Unfortunately, your package was lost in transit due to a carrier-related issue. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we responded promptly and provided options to resolve the issue. While we’re unable to personally monitor every package throughout the shipping process, we always stand behind our customers and do our best to make things right when a shipping issue occurs. Since you requested a refund, we promptly initiated it for you. We truly appreciate your understanding and regret that your experience did not go as expected.

My fragrances came on time
My fragrances came on time, however, it does not come close to the original. The price was excellent however the smell is horrible to me. I threw it away.
Response from Mod FragrancesSep 11, 2026
We're sorry you didn't like the scents you tried. While fragrance choice really depends on personal preference. Generally Inspired scents cannot be 100% exact due to different formulation but ours stand close to their inspirations. Most of people like them better than originals. Also, instead of throwing them away, you could have return with our 30 day return policy. Thank you for your review and business.

Response from Mod FragrancesSep 7, 2026
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the fragrances weren’t a good fit for your personal taste. Fragrance is highly subjective, and while our unisex fragrances are designed to be enjoyed by everyone, scent perception can vary greatly from person to person. We completely understand that blind buys don’t always work out, and we respect your decision. We appreciate you giving Mod Fragrances a try and wish you all the best.
