I didn’t like the quality of the fragrance

We're really sorry for the disappointment. Our perfumes are made with premium ingredients and greatly praised for quality. But we understand fragrance choice depends on personal preference. Please feel free to reach out to customer support if you need any assistance.

Have read a lot of reviews on Mod Fragrances and decided to place an order. Ordered a 3 pack of different colognes, Analysis Elixir, Lumière, and Honey Embers. Two of the three colognes arrived broken and I immediately reached out to them and not only did they reply back within the hour, replacement products were already shipped out. Phenomenal customer service. The fragrances also really shine and take center stage. Received the replacements yesterday and I have to say I’m really impressed by all three scents. Of the three I ordered, I have to say Lumière is my favorite. All 3 have incredible longevity as well. Will definitely be trying other colognes from them.
