Took long time to receive the package…
Took long time to receive the package kept updating with another expected date. I could not even use it for my trip as I planned
Response from Mod FragrancesApr 21, 2026
Hello Jason, Sorry to hear that. We ship every product within same day. Once its with carrier, we don't have any control over carrier operations. Also, We provide multiple shipping services at checkout. The free one USPS Ground Hazmat is slower depends on destination distance. Perfumes can only be shipped only via ground carriers because of Hazmat reasons.

Kindly check if your complaint is related to Mod Fragrances really or some other website. We only received 1 order from you in last week of January which was delivered on Feb 2 with carier proof.. We haven't received single call, chat or email complaint from you regarding the issue. Please feel free to reach out to customer support if you need any assistance.

We’re sorry to hear about the delay with your order. Please note that your package was shipped the same business day from our end. Once a shipment is handed over to the carrier, it is unfortunately outside of our control. At the moment, USPS deliveries are experiencing delays due to weather conditions. You can view current service updates here: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/ We kindly encourage reaching out to our customer support team for assistance, as we’re always happy to help resolve concerns quickly rather than seeing issues reflected in a negative review. We truly appreciate your business and your support of Mod Fragrances.

I’m Torn…
I sprayed Solia on my wrist for a test wear and I immediately was struck by how strong the fragrance is. It lasted for hours and hours. I’m talking 8+. That being said, I am not a fan of the actual fragrance and that is a me thing, not a product issue. The quality is fantastic. I’ll purchase from MOD again, just a different perfume.
