Mike was helpful in every step of the way any questions or how many times I change my mind on dates rooms he was helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

I'm used to using online booking programs like Expedia. After a couple bad travel experiences followed by horrible customer service(involving a canceled flight the night before travel forcing us to buy a $2,000 one way ticket), my wife and I chose to go with a travel agent on our next trip. After doing some research, we ended up working with Heather at Modern Vacations for a trip to Punta Cana. She was great to work with from the start. She was friendly, organized and extremely knowledgeable about our options. More importantly, I had one person I could call if I needed anything and she was accessible! I didn't have to sit through a bunch of automated prompts on hold for 30 min waiting to speak to an actual person. Long story short, we had an awesome trip, stayed at an amazing place(the Hard Rock) and I'll definitely use this company again.

Itzel Rodriguez made everything so simple and care free. The best service I have ever received when using a travel agency. I will definitely use this company again for my travel needs.

Kristin was able to walk me through the entire process step by step and made every part of traveling to tulum enjoyable and easy! She always had a speedy response and was able to help me with all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend 10/10! Ask for Kristin, she is dedicated to her work and knows what she is doing! Couldn't have had a better travel agent for my trip to Tulum Mexico!

My good friend decided to get married in Cancun Mexico and invited me. I never done a destination wedding, nor traveled anywhere outside of America other than Jamaica so i was overwhelmed and nervous because i didn't know how to go about this adventure. She referred me to an agent named Mike Hart who represents Modern Vacations. Mike was amazing, very friendly, informative and took care of everything, i had questions about the resort, he knew it on the spot, i wanted to do excursions, he sent links of places nearby the resort, he even sent a step by step email on what to do once i landed in Mexico and how to get to my resort, all i had to do was pay and show up. Went to Cancun Mexico, stayed at the Royalton enjoyed my friends, events, as well as my excursions. It was the best vacation I ever had honestly and it has definitely encouraged me to travel more in which I will be using Mike Hart from hence on. Thanks again Mike and thank you Modern Vacations

I have traveled a good bit. Ive used many Travel Agencies. My experience with Modern Vacations was the best I've ever had. My Travel Agent, Sam Meas was very professional, made everything clear and easy, answered my questions with full knowledge and when I sent him an email, he got back to me right away. The whole experience was a pleasure. I appreciated the way he got things done in record time. Sam was highly recommended by a family member and I will most certainly use your services again because of his competent work and pleasant attitude. Greta C. Auzenne

We had a lot of issues with airline wars as we were booking. Sam was very determined and stayed on top of it for days to come up with a fair price. This made me realize how caring and concerned modern vacations is in working with customers. I would highly recommend.

Sam has been wonderful!! We have booked my Daughters wedding and he has been Awesome!! I will call this company again!! Thanks so much!!!
