long time to despatch, I received an email a week later to say they forgot to despatch and that it would be done that day (according to postage sticker it took another week after that) one of the kits I finally received had parts missing, I emailed them by replying to the same person (Toby Wood) who emailed me to say that parts were missing. it'd been over 10 days and I've had no reply. terrible service

Hi...this kit was only ordered at the weekend. Whilst orders are usually dispatched on the first working day, we do ask that you allow 3 days for the Postal Service to deliver it.

The kit I ordered was not delivered in the time stated (48h post, 3-5 working days, 14 days passed since order), and no response to email enquiry for 24 hours. Edit: Toby replied to second email. Replacement received, with thanks.

Sorry for this - it looks like the emails you sent were filtered out somewhere - we have now resolved the issue and the kit has been resent and tracking applied...

The order was placed on the 26th August, I’m still waiting on the order to arrive 4th September. No replies to any emails that have been sent. This may change after I receive the order.

Order arrived promptly, but on examination a major part of the kit was missing. I immediately sent a message via the email address given on the 'We've received your order'. This resulted in a 'Message Delivery Failure'. I then discovered that the address given by Modelux on their Home page is incorrect, there is no Handley St. in Nottingham it should be Hanley St. There is no telephone contact available. In the afternoon I sent a message via the email address on the Modelux website. In the early hours of the following morning there was a message from 'Toby' and I was told that the part would be sent out. I expected the part to arrive as quickly as the original item, but alas it has not. I am returning the item for a refund as it is currently 'faulty'.

The kit was sent promptly. We recieved an email explaining that there was a single part missing. This was sent out, again promptly. We are not obliged to have a telephone number on the website as currently we are only web based. In regards to an email reaponse being sent in the 'early hours of the morning' ... we are unsure of the relevance of this complaint, unless it ' woke up' the recipient. If any customer is in any way dissatisfied with either the product or the service, then we are more than happy to supply a replacement or a refund.
