Hi there, i cannot review your products until i have actually seen them! Your website is very good, well laid out and easy to use, the you tube videos are pretty good as well. I would like to see the Manchester and York Warehouses in n scale, Metcalfe models are over scale, and scalescenes are too fiddly! looking forward to making the models i have ordered! In a previous life i was a lithographic planner and platemaker , so i appreciate the skills involved. Jez

The kits are excellent. But there was a postage error. The invoice had the correct postcode but the package was addressed to TN32 rather than TN34. Took 6 days to arrive.

Hi Geoffrey...sorry about the mistake with the postcode...very frustrating...we are upgrading the dispatch so that labels are printed out directly from the supplied address on the invoice, so hopefully this kind of mistake can be avoided. Thank you for your kind comments about the quality of the kits.

You're models are fabulous but navigating round the web site is tricky as I found items I wanted to look at I could not find. Also, there's no way of contacting you to ask a question. I do want to buy more from you but find it frustrating finding items.

I bought the OO Double Road Victorian Engine Shed - Glass Roof. I thought it was a bit expensive for what it is. It was not as imposing as I thought it would look but still, it looks good on my layout. Unfortunately it came with a pillar wall that did not fit- it looked like a wall from a different building kit had been put in its place (there was one extra pillar in the row with the joining intervals at incorrect lengths apart). I was able to carefully cut this into pieces to reconstitute a correctly fitting wall. However, it also did not come with a side of panels that topped one of the front/back walls so I was a little disappointed. I was able to make more pieces from spares with paper covering. I do expect more accuracy from a kit company. I liked the look of the model so will probably give them another shot despite missing pieces.

Thank you for your review, and apologies for the part that didn't fit. We are pleased to understand that you will buy more kits, and if you experience similar problems in the future, please email us so we can look at rectifying the problem or redesigning the part. All the kits we produce evolve and improve over time, and feedback is an important part of the ingoing improvement and development of the kits.
