Exceptional in every way!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to after my shopping experience with Model Mannequin. Navigating through the website was a pleasant experience, as it’s very user friendly and I was impressed with all of the payment options available, plus the fact that I was able to use a 15% discount coupon code. I called to ask a few questions before I placed my order and the customer service was friendly, informative, efficient and gave me a lot of confidence in making a purchase. I received all of order and shipping confirmations in a timely manner once my order was placed, and the delivery was also speedy. My dress fits like a glove and sculpts my body perfectly! I love the smooth & soft texture, it looks exactly as pictured and is absolutely show stopping. I’ll definitely be placing some more orders very soon!

Hello Angela, thank you for shopping with us. Upon checking the tracking on both of your orders I can see your 1st order was placed on 04/08 and received 04/14, and your 2nd order was placed 04/09 and delivered 04/19…..therefore the delivery timeframe was within 10 days. Sorry the 10 day waiting period did not meet your expectations. Our shipping information highlights before any purchases are made, that deliveries can take between 5-10 business days.
