Hi Marvin, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the product didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when the fit isn’t what you were expecting, especially if you’ve previously purchased a similar item. Our sizing and manufacturing can occasionally vary slightly between styles or production batches. We also recommend referring to the size guide on the product page before purchasing, as it provides the measurements needed to help select the most suitable size. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

Not worth the hype! Butt still looked flat. I moved on to a much better product from ShapeXLL...and you should do the same!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The shaper you purchased is designed to provide a more natural-looking enhancement rather than a dramatic transformation. If you have a flatter figure and are looking for a more significant change, our shapers with larger hip and butt pads—also available on our website—would have been the more suitable option. We also offer all customers 14 days from the delivery date to return their order for a refund if it isn’t the right fit for their needs.

Hello Latasha Prine, Upon checking your order, I can see that the Nude/Beige color was selected at the time of purchase. This is also confirmed in both your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails. Regarding delivery, as shown on our website and in your order confirmation, deliveries typically take 5–12 business days after shipment. Your order was shipped on June 4, 2026, and delivered on June 15, 2026, which was within the advertised timeframe (6 business days after shipment). We are sorry to hear that the size was not suitable for you. As your order was delivered on June 15, you are still within our 14-day return-for-refund period. If you no longer require the shaper, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you with starting the return process. Thank you

DO NOT BUY!!!!! The blouse was made for a Hobbit!!! It ran ridiculously too small. The sleeves are supposed to be long sleeve but they come just right below my elbow. The shipment took almost 2 weeks. I will never buy from this site again. The top is a total joke!!!!!!

Hi Angela, We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your order. For clarity, we do highlight prior to purchase that delivery for imported items is typically between 5–12 business days after shipment. Upon reviewing your order, it was delivered within 9 business days, which falls within the stated timeframe. The blouse you ordered is designed as a full-length sleeve piece. If what you received differs from this, it’s possible the incorrect item was received, or the fit may not be suitable for you. We also do not see any return request submitted on your order. As you’ve had the item for about a week, you are still within our return window. If the item is no longer required, please proceed with submitting a return request within the given timeframe so we can assist you accordingly.

Pants are for short people and did not fit expensive for the quality
Response from Model MannequinApr 25, 2026
Hi, We’re sorry to hear that the pants did not meet your expectations. Fit can vary depending on body proportions, and we understand that length and overall sizing may not suit everyone the same way. We do provide sizing details to help guide selection, but we appreciate that this can still be a challenge. We also take your feedback on quality seriously, as this is not the experience we aim to provide. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with our team for review.
