Hi Jacqueline, We’re sorry to hear that the padded shorts didn’t fit as expected. Our padded styles are designed with removable and adjustable padding, however fit can vary depending on body shape and sizing preference. From what you’ve described, it sounds like the sizing or positioning of the pads may not have been the best match, which we understand can affect both comfort and overall look. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our products and provide better fit guidance moving forward.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear the sizing wasn’t quite right for you—fit can definitely vary depending on body shape, and we always recommend sizing down for a firmer level of compression. As noted on the product page, this item is imported and ships directly from our overseas warehouse, which can result in longer transit times. The material is designed to be lightweight and breathable for everyday comfort rather than maximum firm control, so we appreciate you pointing that out for other shoppers. We’re glad to hear you still found it comfortable and well-constructed. If you’d like help with sizing, or exploring a firmer option, our customer care team would be happy to assist.

Hi Doris, We’re so sorry to hear about your delivery experience—we understand how frustrating that must have felt. Please note that delivery placement is managed by your local courier, and unfortunately it’s not something we control. We’d suggest raising this with your local post office so they can address it directly with their delivery team. For future orders, you can also include delivery notes at checkout (for example: “leave behind plant” or “by doorbell”) so drivers know exactly where to place your package. We value your feedback and hope to serve you better next time. 💛

Hello Lashondria, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sure the shaper looked great when you tried it on. Please do not worry about the padding shifting as the pockets are designed to kept the each pad in place. We hope and look forward to your returned business, and are always here to support in picking a product that will exceed your expectations! Have a great week!
