Customer service was excellent. Extremely helpful with providing sizing information before I made my purchase. Definitely will be purchasing again in the future.

I returned the product last week. It is day 6 for not getting a confirmation that it has been returned. Still waiting on a refund.

Brianna, Very disappointed to see this review when we highlighted to you in multiple emails our returns policy, which is also shown on our website. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the warehouse has received your returned item. Your return was received 4 business days ago (excluding weekends). Your patience would have been greatly appreciated.

I purchased the largest size of the two items I purchased and neither one of them fit. I am working to lose weight so I suspect eventually I will get into them, but they are doing me no good at this time. Each waste trainer appears to be made of good quality and are exactly what I expected other than the sizing issue. Looking forward to being able to wear them in the future.

Sorry to hear the waist trainers were not a good fit. We look forward to any updates or feedback when they become a suitable fit. All the best on your fitness journey 💪!

I do not recommend the pads move and the the legs roll up
Response from Model MannequinAug 5, 2024
Hello Martha, Sorry to hear the shaper was not a good fit for you. When issues such as yours arise, that is typically because the incorrect size was ordered. With shaper purchases, moving forward, please ensure you refer to the size guide for that specific product/style to ensure the best fit for your waist and hip measurements.

I love it, it gives me the shape that I was always hoping for. I would have loved it more if the hips were a little longer down to the side of the knees.
