MODDIYReviews of moddiy.com

I've gone with them for two builds, and recently purchased another set of amazing cables for the third. Service is prompt and professional, as I always chat with a bunch of questions. I'm a meticulous PC builder with nothing but amazing results because of ModDIY!

Thank you very much, I have received my package on late afternoon on 9th April 2018. However, would appreciate if chat support online can reply as stated on the chat board(within 2 hours). Overall, please do keep up the great work. Looking forward for the next purchase from modDIY.

I made an order due to the wrong information from my team. I was able to cancel the order within moments of notifying modDIY.com modDIY.com will always be my first go to for any of my workstation needs. You guys are the best!!

These guys have everything I'd ever need to do what I love. Excellent service, quick shipping and massive catalog. Perfect!

Awesome help desk, they also have lots of products no one else has

I'm pleased with Mod DIY. The parts look great the color is awesome everything came correctly. It is an overseas ship, and took about 15 days. I didn't see What shipping description, or options for faster shipping, but it might have been there. The chat feature works very well. I recommend once you get a tracking number to sign up for the USPS shipping tracker email service. It also works very well. My stuff at a fair price. The cables are very flexible.

We had put something in the cart that was what we wanted but then put the wrong power supply in. They shipped us what they thought was for our power supply, which is so kind. But we actually needed the other item and Carrie and the people at modDIY were fast to respond and work with us and ship us out the new item. We would purchase from here again!

Excellent customer service! The cable that first arrived was the wrong type but I mostly to blame for not specifying correctly. A replacement was mailed free of cost and this time! Many thanks!
