Tech support is really friendly and very helpful

I needed a custom length for a fan extension cable. I e mailed and got a responce right away. I was able to get the exact length an color I wanted. Fast, responsive and courteous service! Thanks a lot. John

Great high quality cables, got the HD Single Sleeved option, very flexible and sturdy. Able to handle high power loads and works flawlessly with rtx 3080 and all the other components. Customer support is very helpful and quick to respond.

Carrie from modDIY responded quickly about questions regarding my order. I also asked for a change in my order as I mistakenly selected a wrong mod. She said not a problem and will make the adjustments. Awesome customer service. Thank you!!!

modDIY help desk and engineers were mighty helpful. They were willing to spend time to look at a video and present me a better solution with less parts. That was actually very honest of them. They could have made more sales by telling me a list full of parts to buy, but narrowed it effectively. For their honesty and professionalism, definitely a 10 star, by trustpilot only rates at a max of 5.

Good customer service, replies quickly to questions and requests!

This is the first time that I used this company. I was very impressed with how I was looked after. The online chat with the transcript was even emailed to me. Carrie looked after me all the way 11/10 for her help and understanding. I would definitely recommend ModDIY.
