The pants are super big even though I got the size eight, they 're not butt lifting jeans. That's for sure cause. I have a lot from colombia, and they 're nothing like it. I would not recommend anybody to buy these

It just sucked all around between paying to send back what didn’t fit to being told I sent it back dirty when I received a shirt that had a stain I still kept it
It don’t matter if you corrected it people need to know not to spend money where it’s not appreciated. You guys send dirty clothes out to people and that’s nasty, my shirt had deodorant on it I emailed them and kept the shirt anyway then you lied and said I left a stain on pants I sent back which was a lie yall mailed them to me dirty. you guys are bad for business I bet nobody shops twice with you guys granted you had other things I wanted it’s just not worth the risk who looses money sending things back then be told you can just keep my money cause you saw a stain you knew was on the clothes you are mailing out BAD BUSINESS

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. However, we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this order, as the review does not reflect the resolution that was provided.
For order #308092, placed on October 21, 2025, one of the returned items could not initially be accepted because it was received with visible black stains on the back leg.
We provided photos to document and show the condition in which the item was returned.
Regarding the other top mentioned in the review, the concern about it being stained was only brought to our attention after we contacted you regarding the condition of the return.
We always encourage customers to contact us within the appropriate timeframe if an item arrives with a defect so that we have the opportunity to address it.
Nevertheless, as a courtesy, we refunded the full amount of $26.76 for both items on November 21, 2025, back to the Visa ending in 8087. We value our customers and always make an effort to resolve concerns fairly. In this case, the order was ultimately refunded in full, which is why we are unclear about the concerns expressed in this review. We hope this clarification provides additional context regarding what occurred with the order.

Very disappointing return experience
Very disappointing return experience. I ordered jeans in what I believed would be an appropriate size, even sizing up to allow extra room, and they were unbelievably small. I couldn't even get them over my ankles.
What really upset me was the return process. I had to pay approximately $25 out of my own pocket just to return the merchandise. The company gets the jeans back in resellable condition, can turn around and sell them again, while I'm left swallowing a $25 loss simply because the sizing didn't work.
I understand that businesses have return policies, but customers should know what they're getting into before ordering here. Their sizing runs extremely small, and if the clothes don't fit, you may end up paying a significant amount just to send them back.
I won't purchase from Moda Xpress again. Losing $25 for the privilege of trying on a pair of jeans is enough for me.

Unfair - too darn short
In all these years you’d think they’d come out with a line for tall women with big butts the sad thing is they only cater to short women. I love lavanta cola styles but I don’t like that they want everyone to be the same height let’s hope they get some 35/39inch inseams for 2026
