I placed my order beginning of June, and still have not received my products. I understand that shipping is being delayed due to the pandemic, but this is 2 months late. I recieved a tracking email stating it was on its way mid June. After reviewing the tracking info again today, its still in FL. I live in NC.

Have placed an order over a month ago and still have not received. Seeing a lot of customer complaints about not receiving their orders! Every company says due to Covid-19 is why shipping is delayed. I have placed orders after I placed an order with this company and still received my items in a timely manner! By now companies should have established a system to get orders out so stop blaming everything on COVID! Apparently this always been an issue with this company. They constantly delete customer complaints on IG and Facebook
