MobyTrip has an excellent support team
I booked a stay and came down with Covid a couple of days before I was supposed to leave. RM with MobyTrip helped me navigate the process to ask for a refund with very little effort. The whole process was easy and their support team responded almost immediately!! I had my cancellation and refund processed in less than an hour!! I'll definitely be booking through MobyTrip again in the future. 5 stars!! *****

Customer service 5 stars
Customer service 5 stars! I had a complication with a reservation and was getting frustrated with the process of fixing it. The customer service person over email was so kind and patient and helped resolve my issue quickly and completely!
