The product took a while to come
The product took a while to come, but when it did it was like they said a plug and play. I couldn’t get the steering wheel adapter to work but the system sounded great!

Terry, We are sorry about the delay in shipping. We understand it is frustrating waiting for something you need to complete a job. We are all car guys ourselves so we understand the feeling. Your order was shipped promptly unfortunately the delay was on the post office side. We use USPS to ship our packages as they offer the best rates and delivery times. But because of the current state of the world they are overwhelmed with packages and took way longer than usual to deliver your package. As for the steering wheel controls not functioning that is unacceptable to us. Please give us a call when you have some time to troubleshoot so we can get those working. It shouldn't take more than 10 minutes but you will need to be able to take the car back apart slightly. Thank you for your business and happy holidays.

A very cool feature to add.
Over all i am impressed by the improvements it made to my speakers. Adding the subwoofer helps with more bass which is great. The side that i wasn’t too happy with was with my steering control. Its plug and play with the harness I purchased and i double checked the connections. Doesn’t work. The installation for the bypass could be alittle more clear. I was struggling to figure out how to install the bypass. I watched videos and read the instructions multiple times.

Due to your feedback we have actually began wiring in bypasses for our customers when they purchase one and have created a guided video so other people don't have to experience the confusion and frustration you did.
