BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
NOT A VERY FIRM TO DEAL WITH ORDER HAS NOT TURNED UP AFTER 3 WEEKS AN TEY DON,T REPPY TO EMAILS SENT TO THEM (3) DONT DEAL WITH THEM

Either complete scam or awefully bad company
The second I ordered a product I got an email saying that this will approximately be delivered in 16 days. I definitely didn't want to wait that long so I contacted their support to cancel the order, but the money were already gone and to this day I haven't heard a word from their support, even though they say that they will respond within 1 business day. There is now 6 days to the original estimated delivery, hopefully the product will show up, since there is no cancelling / returning it. EDIT: 13 days later i succeded in getting contact through to the customer service and 2 days after that my order were canceled and my money returned. I am happy that this was not a scam, but still VERY disappointed with the service or lack of that.

BAD DREAM ....
Waited for almost one month , but couldn't get the ordered products. Customer service is excellent in quickly answering your questions but ALL THEORITICAL, NOTHING PRACTICAL. biggest mistake to buy things from them , NOW I AM DREAMING OF GETTING MY MONEY BACK ..... ONLY ANSWER THEY GIVE IS THEY HAVE RETURNED THE MONEY CHECK YOUR BANK....

Honest and Fast - Highly Recommended!
Browsing for products is easy and fast. Accessories are segregated and organized very well. Visual illustrations are same to the actual delivered items. Payment was easy and accurate. NO EXTRA AND HIDDEN CHARGES!!! Got my package after 4 days but I have to consider a weekend was sandwiched. Im going to buy from Mobilefun again.
