MobileFun.comReviews of mobilefun.com

Easy online page...Good prices...shipping was kinda steep but came pretty fast...expected it a little sooner. Product is exactly what I wanted!

I wanted a cell phone cover that I saw at this web site for a samsung galaxy note 4 but, it was out of stock. I got myself on the notification list and withing few days I got an email that item was back in stock. I ordered and in three days the item was at my doors step. The experience was great and I was happy whith the purchased, I definitely will buy again. It deserves a five stars rating. Highly recommended.

I ordered one mobile phone case but they sent two and charged me twice. I have returned the unwanted case but they are refusing to issue a refund and are now in breach of the consumer contract regulations. Customer service department spectacularly unhelpful. My advice is to avoid this company. Regarding the reply from the company below - I've already emailed Customer Service twice, hence my frustration that this matter has not been resolved.

I purchased this in turquoise through the US site on MobileFun.com. It showed the product as in. I ordered and by the next day, received a notice that the cover had shipped. It arrived about 1 1/2 weeks later - as expected, as shipping was cheaper and without tracking. I have had an excellent experience with MobileFun.com. I just wish that Motorolla made the magnet a little stronger so that it keeps the case closed when in my purse. For those looking at this cover, keep this in mind. I would definitely buy from MobileFun again. Make sure that you are aware of the flag that you are ordering under. This shows on the top right corner of their website.

I ordered two items from Mobilefun.com, resulting in both orders being placed in an "on hold" status. This is due to the presented "fact" (this comes directly from Mobilefun.com) that they will not be receiving both items from their supplier for 2 or more weeks, thus delaying the complete order. They NEVER respond to email messages, nor have they responded to two emailed requests to cancel my order and refund my money. Mobilefun.com took my money out of my bank account VERY quickly, but as of this writing, have taken no steps to return it to my bank account. In all honesty, I will NEVER do business with this company nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. Please take this review as an honest one from an experienced customer of Mobilefun.com and do not be drawn in by their advertisements or promises of "in-stock" items (or even those that will allegedly be received in 2 to 3 days). If you purchase from them you WILL be disappointed by their lack of service, as well as their horrible business acumen.

I was a little skeptical about mobile fun due to bad reviews I came across on the Internet but I decided to give it a try anyways. No regrets, they ship products to their customers very quickly. Delivery speed was great asides from holiday orders. Customer service was great and provided quick responses to my inquiries. The only improvement I would personally recommend is to always provide accurate tracking numbers when shipping products. Other than that they're great and offer good quality mobile products.

after some confusion about my order on my part, I contacted mobilefun via email. a rep returned my email with a request for information, she then located my order and expedited shipping with tracking number. yes the process took a few days but the rep stayed in contact until satisfaction was achieved. thank you MobileFun.

I received the order, at least they are not scammers but the service is very bad!
