Recently had two malfunctioning products that I returned. One was bought many months ago (X-Power 3-in-1 speaker), when I wrote them asking how to change the review of the product on their website because it was randomly failing and I hated it (loved it initially), and they themselves suggested I return it. Couldn't return it just then, as I was off to sea for some months, then once home again, I completely forgot about it. Then now I finally got around to return it and they reimbursed me, even though I'm sure there's a general policy they could have referred to and denied my return. The other was a costly Sonivo bluetooth headset, where the plastic headband just snapped after a week. I had read about that happening in the only two amazon reviews of the product before it arrived and though really careful, it happened to me too after 6 days, rather than on the 1st, like the two amazon reviewers. I had written to Mobilefun before it arrived alerting them to the fact that this might very well happen, and that I was extra careful (why I got 5 days more than the others). They are now returning my money for that product too and I no longer worry about my glaring recommendation of them I made on some Danish site regarding the new Sony Smartwatch 2 I've ordered with them and recommended everyone else to do the same. They are my favorite go to UK shop for well-priced stuff and often available earlier there than elsewhere. Oh, and if your stuff breaks, don't sweat it, they'll take care of you. Cheers

The best company I've ever come across so far! Great webshop, easy to navigate. You get what you order and very fast at that! I ordered the new Sony Smart Watch 2 (can highly recommend buying it!), on thursday morning, and would love to have it for the weekend, but as I ordered it to my company adress where there's no postal service saturday, I thought I'd have to wait till monday to get it. But, to my surprise, the watch came just 24 hours after I ordered it! That's from Birmingham, UK - over Brussels - and to Copenhagen Denmark! I can only say: WOW!
