When I placed my order, there was a problem with payment: the MobileFun website said my payment wasn't processed, but my paypal account sent me a confirmation of payment. Obviously, I was a bit worried and contacted customer service. I didn't have an order number or anything, but I got a response within 24 hours with a confirmation of my order, a number, and an estimated delivery date. Everything arrived on time, well packaged and protected, in perfect condition despite the long journey. I am very pleased with the product I ordered; just as described on the website. I would order from MobileFun again without hesitation.
