Great products. the Samsung product I ordered came was genuine, not a fake Samsung product, at a lower price than other web sites..

I bought a battery charger with new Samsung s4 mini battery. The charger works great, convenient and very useful. However, the battery doesn't hold a charge any better than my original one year old battery. It seems the new battery is a lemon.

Ordered from the ZA branch of this site. I used the untracked delivery which is meant to take 8-10 days. I ordered on the 8th of May and I am still waiting. I emailed them asking whether or not they sent it yet and I am still waiting for a response. Worst customer care I have personally experienced. I gather you either need to order a large value product or pay for the tracked service to get any service. I live in Pretoria, so it's not as if it is a difficult place to get a delivery to.

Ordered a USB cable on the 15th May...1st June still not arrived. Price of products are in line with competitors but if you are in the us, DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They are based in the uk, orders take 15-20 business days to arrive!!!

I'm delighted with this Samsung charger lead and would definitely recommend it. We have two Samsung tablets with the older charger connection. When the chargers broke replacements proved impossible to source even from Samsung so both tablets were completely unusable. I did find some cheap unbranded versions but they the tablets never fully charged and the leads broke after a couple of weeks of use. When I saw these ones on MobileFun's site and read the reviews I thought I'd give it a chance. I can honestly say it was the best €25 I spent. It is the proper Samsung lead, and charged the tablets in no time even though its been about a year since they were last charged.
