MobileFun.comReviews of mobilefun.com

I was able to find the product I was looking for without any hassle. The purchase was sent to me in a very timely fashion, and the price was under what I had been seeing elsewhere. I am very very happy with my complete experience with MobileFun.

My Nexus dock was received in fantastic condition, worked perfectly and was $20USD less than I could have purchased it anywhere else. The only glitch was it took 16 days to get to me. Not really an issue, but I didn't realize this fact (perhaps a little better clarity on the site?) and since there was no tracking either I worried I had been hoodwinked. Now I know the timeline, I'll gladly do business again.

My first time using Mobilefun. Shopped with them because they were the only website with the Exogear Exomount phone holder for dashboard of the car. Very straightforward to purchase online with them.

Great site and products. Needed a new battery for my S3 and got a new genuine Samsung for a good price and fast delivery. Will definitely recommended and use site again.

I found the company offer a very good service and a wide range of products. At very good prices.

mobilefun.com was a gem of a discovery. I found the perfect cover for my Samsung Note 2 and a replacement stylus. They notified me by email when each item shipped and provided tracking. My items came securely wrapped and undamaged.

Ten days after my order, I was informed that there was a delay and should I wish to change my order, I should do so. I placed a cancellation request by using the online contact form on 4/18 and received a confirmation email, and the next business day was 4/20. My request was ignored and I received no communication from Mobilefun. I received an email informing me that my order had shipped on 4/23. The order did not actually ship until 4/22, so my request was well within the parameters of the cancellation policy. When I contacted Mobilefun, they informed me that I could not cancel my order since it had already shipped. Very poor customer service, and, based on this experience, I will not be doing business with them in the future.

Purchased a bangle strap for my Samsung gear s on April 8th paid thru PayPal. April 9th received this email: "I am sorry to inform you that the item outstanding on your order Samsung Gear S Bangle Wrist Watch Strap - Black has now been discontinued and we are no longer able to source it. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Any payment received for this item will be refunded. Please allow 2-5 working days for credit card refunds." After waiting 2-5 business days and hearing nothing I emailed the company and received this email: "Thank you for contacting us. This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. When replying, please make sure that the ticket ID is kept in the subject so that we can track your replies." So I finally got a response April 17th asking if I ordered a Basic black strap and to confirm that so they could ship it out. I responded no I did not I ordered a BANGLE strap which they said had been discontinued so if they would send me a refund I would be happy because I've found the item elsewhere. The refund process should be simple I ordered through PayPal and at this point they are just holding my money hostage. I log into their site and see this Order Number: 4675711 Order Date: 8 April 2015 - 15:14 Order Status: Order status unknown Order Amount: $-0.02 My order was $49.47 so the .o2 is a little off my paypal shows they received the full amount. This is my first and last time ever buying anything from this company. I do a lot of shopping online and have never received such issues. If you do not have an item in stock don't list it on your site.
