I purchased a band for my Apple Watch and was more than a little disappointed. The only thing good about it was that it was the right color. I notified them immediately that I wanted to return it and get a refund. I was shocked to learn that I need to pay to return it to the UK and there is no provision to do otherwise. I am going to file a protest of the charge with my card holder.

I had ordered the Samsung official clear view case for my Galaxy S6 edge from MobileFun.com. The ordering process was fast and easy. The product was delivered a day before the promised delivery date. Unfortunately this case had a universal problem. Because of it's design the case that was supposed to protect the mobile phone was scratching the phone's screen. I wrote to MobilePhone.com and requested for a refund. Without asking any questions the complete amount was refunded, although this was completely Samsung's fault. I also did not ship the faulty product back. I thank the entire MobilePhone.com team to make the entire experience so fast and hassle free for customers.

I always had great experience buying from MobileFun ordering chargers, cradles, stylus etc. until recently! I placed and order for a number of items including 2 Brodit cradles for a Note 3 phone. Only one turned up and when I asked where the other was I was told it was no longer available from the manufacturer. I checked the MobileFun website and the item was listed as in stock for immediate delivery! I contacted them again to say this and after a good wait I got a reply saying the item was available. Great! Not so. It wasn't available as I was told on the phone when they eventually called me. BUT credit to MobileFun when they did phone me they were extremely apologetic but offered me an alternative along with a free charger. After a bit of messing the issue is resolved and a refund is on its way. I would still shop there without hesitation......thus only for that I would have given a 5 star rating......Keith. Dublin

My purchase was a good choice, It comes like in the MobileFun website said, the case for my Xperia Z2 is very strong and hard. One time my phone fells down and it happen nothing, thanks to my case that I bought with this amazing store in UK. I´m so glad to be your customer again in the future.
