MobileFun.comReviews of mobilefun.com

It was not sent with the adapter to power the device. It is way overpriced for not including the adapter. It appears to be a fake of the real Samsung Fast Charger. The website was updated after I made the purchase to state that and the price was raised. Their YouTube video misleads to appear that the device comes with the adapter. I sent an email and received NO reply. They got my money this time but never again. Shipping took NINE days. I will continue to rate them poorly every chance I get. DO NOT BUY FROM Mobile Fun.

Bought a Case for my phone took a little while for them to ship it out. When I received case the case wasn't like a new case missing some films on home button and earpiece on the case. Contacted MobileFun which they have tried but takes longer to get things handled. Then you also get mislabeled DHL shipping that you have to request another shipping which the response rate is about a average of 48 hours to get a hold of MobileFun. Sometimes it seems going straight to the source of the manufacturer seems to be a better results as more easier help. I posted 3 stars as they did try to help out just taking longer on the process. The rest is receiving a faulty case that was missing things that should have been already glued on the case. The case is pertained to be waterproof and without those films on the front water would go in. It seems if you can proof and show that you received a faulty case seems you should be able to get it handled. Just expect a bit of big delay if you are from US.

I recently ordered a curved glass screen protector for my new Galaxy Note 7 which renders the on-screen keyboard virtually useless due to a loss of sensitivity. My only return option is to return it within 15 days, at my expense and wait for them to confirm the item is faulty. IF and I emphasize IF they determine the item is faulty they will accept the refund but in order for this to happen I must first spend even MORE money on this faulty product and return it to the UK. MY ADVICE IS STICK WITH AMAZON. AT LEAST THEY ARE REASONABLE!!!!

Mobile fun.com is a awesome company, with great product, at reasonable prices. You have a customer for life..!! Thank You.. HAPPY CUSTOMER.

The case looks good and the see-through cover works fine. The problem is that it is supposed to be the official cover for Sony Xperia Performance but it does not fit the phone properly. The phone is a little too think for it and the front cover therefore fails to close properly. Very disappointing

Great products. I have purchased several Aircharge cases and they are delivered from the UK to the USA in just 3 days. Amazing service!

Excellent and fast customer service! Immediate response!

Placed an order and was charged immediately. 2 weeks later they had not shipped the order. When I enquired they created a similar order, charged me again (more than the first), and refused to cancel and refund. Now I'm out of pocket more than double what I was invoiced. They no longer respond to e-mails, and my bank wants me to wait 31 days on the off chance a miracle happens and this thief refunds me. They also store your card details in case they want to charge you again later. Do not trust sites that don't have a secure 3rd party payment gateway! MobileFun.com / MobileFun.co.uk / za.mobilefun.com / the NZ and Aus one all shipped from the UK- all the same thief
