First time making a purchase from this website. I paid extra for it to deliver faster, and it's been almost 2 weeks and the package is in an unknown state. Very frustrating.

Got quick responses when I ran into an issue with payment. Website is a little misleading because it has you pick which shipping option you'd like, but doesn't have it totaled into the final amount that you pay. Very confusing. Otherwise, loved the customer service. Looking forward to receiving the 3.0 App Controlled Airplane Motors!

From the time I placed my order online, to the time my delivery arrived. The whole process was very fast.

I couldn't be more satisfied. The case for my phone and the shipping was great.

Instead of giving an drawn out review, I'll simply say that the purchase & shipping experience was excellent; from start to finish. I normally don't endorse many, but I highly recommend Mobile Fun!

Hey all, I've done business with the website "ca.mobilefun.com". When I ordered, on August 14, the item was in a "Pre-order" state. They charged me immediately after checkout. There was no ETA at that time for the product. I've asked the company about this and the only option given was to use the "Click here to be notified by email when this product is back in stock" link located under the "Available for pre-order" stock status on the product page. The person giving me the support wasn't aware that the feature isn't available on the Canadian version of the site. Bad start. I replied to the email telling them that the option given wasn't available. Another support member contacted me at that point and I was told that "We are looking at ETA of around 4-5 weeks". Two days after, August 18, the status update for the product changed to "Due in stock today". Great, the support person was wrong and it arrived faster. "By what I understand, it should be shipped today" I thought. It wasn't... not long after seeing the "Due in stock" status , it changed back to "Out of stock, waiting for supply" or something similar. My frustration was rising. I contacted support again and I got a "this was a first come first serve approach your order was missed". OK, I guess the volume of product received didn't match the number of pre-orders. So I waited for a new batch of the product to come in. On August 23th, I receive an email telling me that my item was dispatched. In the same email, it is written "Selected shipping method: Royal Mail International Sort". I found it weird that the Canadian version of the website utilize a courier service from the UK. After a bit of research I found out the the only Canadian thing is the ".ca" found in the adress and the currency for prices that was converted to CAD. I was furious. When you look at their "Shipping & Handling" page (of the Canadian version of the site), never they mention the fact that the package is sent from the UK. In fact, their low cost option is called "Canada Post" giving you the impression that the item is shipped from Canada but that's not the case. See their explanation below. I, again, contacted support to let them know that I was unhappy with the service I got, I got the reply "I am sorry for the inconvenience, however we work along side Canada Post in order to get the item to you" and "Sorry for the inconvenience caused any queries please let me know". So, the fact that the last part of shipping is Canada Post, that enough for the company to only mention this in their S&H page. I received the item on August 31st. I take a look at the package received and I didn't find the "clear plastic screen protection" which was mentioned in the product description. I then took the time to send a mail to let them know that their description was wrong. I never received any answer to that last email. I've checked today and the paragraph which mentions the screen protector is still present on the product description found on their website. That's it, I'm done dealing with these clowns. With all the back and forth I did on the product page, I've noticed that the price of the product fluctuates days after days. At one point the price was lower than what I originally paid. Another source of frustration I can tell you. I believe this is a currency conversion adjustment they do on their price. Since they want to give the impression to the customer that they're shopping in their own country, the show prices in the country currency. Since their business is solely based in UK, they have to constantly convert their GBP price and because the currencies always changes, they modify the price of every product day after day. Even though the product I received was OK and the customer experience was overall positive, I give this website a 1 star rating. I just feel they are not honest with customers. They make us think we're shopping in our country, but we are not and it seems that they don't want you to know. Complementary information: I found this in one of their blog entry: "In Europe, Mobile Fun now has dedicated websites for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK. Further afield, the Company has websites for Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea and the USA.". That's a lot of people getting a wrong impression.
