Not what was A.
Received my two J5 Samsung cases today. But to my surprise the cases were to big for the phone. Yet the quality of the cases were very nice the cases are to big and the phone flopped around in the case and falls out. But since it didn't come from Amazon but from Mobile Fun, and they are in the UK, I just threw them out.

I placed an order for a mobile case on this website on 30th June 2016 which is not delivered to me till now. I have sent so many emails and messages to them but there is no response from them. I requested to cancel my order and refund my money back but even that also not done. When I login to my account it shows that my product is delivered. There is no toll free contact details mentioned in their website.

I ordered a Charge Pit 6 port universal charging station on MobilFun Canada and received no power cord to plug it in , only international plugs. I have sent three emails requesting whether this item should be returned or whether the power cord is being sent or I should return the product. Be careful what you order in North America because the customer service post delivery seems to be lacking!!!!!

Great service and better selections than other websites

I live in the US, but Mobile Fun delivered a true OEM battery for my Lumia 950--which is very hard to find--in a heartbeat. They will be my go-to destination from now on. Thanks, guys.

MobileFun had the item I wanted (DT-904) in stock and shipped it promptly (yay!). My 950 XL is very happy now. Looking forward to doing business again in the future. Thanks, folks!

MacBook Pro case continually fell off my laptop. Customer service was poor, a never ending email trail that resulted in a final request for me to return product at my own expense in the hope I would get a refund for both product and shipping. As my dealings with them were so unsatisfactory I did not believe they would ever refund me. Putting the case in the recycling bin. Order at your own peril, or better yet, use a reputable company with a proper returns policy and even better than that, one selling good products.
