I ordered a product valued at about $100 and they sent me an older version valued at about $50. I asked that they resolve the issue by sending me the correct product or issuing me a refund. They refused. Buyer beware!!

Ordered item 12/18/16, received email, that my order was shipped 12/19. Today, 12/29/16, received survey about order/shipment, but no actual order. I went on company's website to track the order- said shipped and nothing else.

I ordered a product on Dec 17th and paid $19 to have it express shipped. Today is Dec 28th and no product has arrived. Worst is I received no contact from the company and sent customer service a message today but still no contact. Very disappointing service and I have a very unhappy 11 yr old daughter as a result.

I am disappointed with this order. I was supposed to receive this order on Dec. 24th, however, I received an email that shipment is delayed until Jan. 4th. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I cannot rate the product because I haven't received it.

Paid for my packages in good faith that they would arrive within 5-10 business days from Dec 6th & 7th respectively. Since then I have received automated requests to review these items, but no order has arrived yet!!!! I cannot track the package nor can I count on them being here before Christmas. Not good customer service. Would hesitate to use MobileFun again.

Works as advertised for 99 of the led's, but one led (and it's always the same one) seems to have a mind of it's own. It seems to hang on or off. I can't figure out the logic to it. Please add a function to connect more strings in series (3 or 4 more at least).

It was very simple to order off the website! I opted for DHL/ Courier shipment, since it was coming from overseas, and did not want to wait a couple of weeks and/or not have the ability to track. I placed the order on Sunday night, and product was in my hand on Tuesday!.... All the way from UK to USA. Also Luv the product! The official leather case by Samsung for the S7 Edge.

I've tried to cancel my order but have not gotten any response. There is no phone number to speak to a live person. I'm not happy. By the way, I've received two Phishing emails and one text impersonating your site after my order.
