Good price and Delivery but why only 3 stars They switch you from there UK site to the Euro site and then charge you in Euro's even though the delivery is to the UK. UPDATE: MobileFun phoned us and after a brief talk come to the concussion that Work PC was going via a Europe Proxy (Firewall) They agreed it was not easy to change back to UK and would feed this back to there IT group. Offered full refund which was not asked but very nice So changed from 3 to 5 stars

I always buy stuff from amazon but olixar glass was not available at amazon so I bought it from Mobile fun. When I installed the glass there was a minor problem with it so I wrote an e-mail to them about the problem. They responded in less than 12 hours and gave me new glass using the fastest shipping method. I am very happy and delighted with the service and would definitely buy products from Mobile Fun in the future.

Edit: After involving UK support, they sent me a new unit and all is well. Upgrading to 4 stars. Quite rude initial (local BE) support, doesn't seem to know the contents of their own products as the product was missing an item, though support claimed that item wasn't included to begin with.

Ordered a Bluetooth fm transmitter, after a month of no correspondence I asked has it been sent yet. They responded by explaining it was out of stock and will be delivered in a weeks time. Another month passes by and still no delivery. I’ve had to cancel my order and ask for my money back. Terrible service

Great customer service..very prompt and professional responses..had issues with delivery that were not the sellers fault..resolved to my complete satisfaction.

I am a customer in Canada and the product never arrived. I have advised them of this and they blamed it on shipping asking me to wait it out. Still no product almost a month later so we are requesting a refund. I would not recommend ordering from them.

My first phone case didn't arrive. After one email to them they shipped new phone case same day which arrived to North America in lest than a week. Great phone case makes my phone much easier to hold and improves my tipping experience on my Blackberry Keyone. Really great customer service!!
